Terrible service, I don't know why they're there if they can't do their job. I was there this morning, wanting to renew my license plate sticker. The employee asked if I wanted to pay by card or cash. I said card and she didn't say anything. Later, she brought my card and the receipt. The receipt wasn't $165, but $173. I asked why so much. She said we also have to pay a card service fee. I told her I've done it elsewhere and they didn't charge a fee. Is this a new law now? If you pay by card? Never go if you don't want to lose your money and nerves.
