I went in looking for a diamond engagement ring and couldn’t find anyone willing to help or even show me the rings. I asked the man about the rings when I found him and he couldn’t even bother to get up to show me the rings, just pointed in the general direction and said “those are real and the others aren’t”. I had no idea which were which. He was very rude and standoffish like I was bothering him. I will never go there again and I willl recommend to anyone I know not to either. Disrespectful and not helpful.

I wanted to buy a bicycle while I was there, but it didn't have a price tag on it. Went up to the front counter to ask how much it was, but the lady working told me she couldn't sell it since it didn't have a price tag, and said to come back when the boss was in. Horrible business practice
