My first and only experience with this shop was extremely disappointing. Short and sweet version. The owner of Ross will not only not stand by his stores quotes, he will collaborate with other local shop owners to low ball sellers in our local market. Pure Greed! The employee he called at the other shop is now the new owner of Grand slam in Nampa. Bottom line if you have valuable cards and looking to sell locally be very careful and definitely avoid shops like this. Update after posting this google review and going to Facebook the Ross Cards & Collectibles Idaho group wouldn’t allow me to post my review in their “public”group then proceeded to block me. Only having a group and not an actual page is great way to avoid these reviews. I had a highly sought card from a few years back. I went in to try and sell it and a few other cards. I was made an offer by their employe. I told them I wanted to think about it and they said come back anytime next week and we’ll get the deal done. I had another awesome local shop agree to buy it but at a cheaper price. I told them that I was already quoted 100$ more at Ross. They said then I would go do that. I returned to Ross and the Owner was working. He was aware of the card and offer and asked to take a closer look at the card. Which his employee had already done and given me a quote. The owner proceeds to call a guy that was working at the awesome local shop to inquire what they offered. The ross shop then tells me I’m only willing to match that lower offer now. I was in shock. He called his buddy so he could then low ball me out of our previous quote. Shady and deceptive business practices!

Stopped in for the first time today to see their TCG selection, this is an awesome shop with a great staff and a great selection of cards.

Great place to get cards. Found some great deals and will watch them on whatnot.

Amazing always takes care of me

What an amazing shop! My son has recently become interested in collecting Pokemon but he is not overly knowledgeable. We stopped by a couple weeks back and the gentleman in the Pokemon section (wish I knew his name) was overly kind and told my son to bring some cards in as he'd love to see them. We did that today and what about experience! The gentleman was so nice and kind with my son and explaining all the differences in his cards and really passed on some great knowledge. He even traded my son for a couple cards which made his entire day!! Shout out to the gentleman in the Pokemon section, what a great guy he was. Overall great shop! Tons of cool stuff for people like me who grew with up cards. The staff is really welcoming.

Such an awesome store to have in the Treasure Valley. The guys there are really nice and knowledgeable. Brought my daughter in for her first time to get some pokemon cards and they hooked her up. She was so excited. Can't say enough kind words about them. Definitely stop in and support this shop.

Ross and everyone who work here are courteous, great fans of both sports and Pokemon, and always open for trades! Daughter pulled the Charizard ex SIR from them! Great Pokemon selection and amazing sports cards and memorabilia! Highly recommend!

Best card shop and the employees are top notch! My kids beg me to take them in there every week. Not only is it clean and orderly, they are quick to teach and help these young card hobbyists about collector knowledge. We appreciate it every time!
