They sell counterfeit gold/silver. When addressing the problem they will gaslight you and deny obvious evidence. It was extremely difficult to get them to acknowledge the problem and resolve it. No refund was issued! Buyer beware, these guys are crooks.

Absolutely wonderful experience every time I go in there. These guys know their stuff, educate me when I have questions, and always treat me right. I do a lot of coins, and I trust these guys. A+!

This place gets one star so a review can be left. These guys are a bunch of thorns that leave customer service to be desired. They could actually benefit from a class or several on how to treat people in general. When he was asked for a business card, his response was “ it’s down by the register.” He never even gave me his name. Clearly doesn’t care about business etiquette or return customers. The rudest I’ve been treated in a very long time. The older gentleman was very curt, brash & dry in answering my questions when I took my late mom’s jewelry to be assessed. This place is full of thorns when it comes to serving the public. Save your time & do business in any other place in the Treasure Valley. You’ll be better off without this level of rude.

I was pleasantly surprised by the offer on my gold and silver which was very close to spot (at least closer than I thought it would be). Furthermore their offer was better than most places online you can sell gold and silver! Its far more coinvent for me to sell here than online! Thank you for being such an easy and continent place for me to sell my gold and silver.
