Infinity Coins

Customer service extremely poor. They lie about prices to get more money out of people. They lost my zombuck and then said they will make it right. Then they switched up and said im a liar upped the price from 36 bucks to 120 to try to get more out of me.They are crooks liars and snakes . I will never shop with these guys ever again on all platforms whatnot ebay wherever they sell. Ill stay far away!!!!

Sold some small amounts of Gold and Silver. Was told that after two weeks of processing time that a check would be mailed out to me. No check has come in the mail as of this date 5/22/26. It has been 12 days since they said the check was mailed on May 9th. I have called twice about this and the answer is for me to wait a little longer. I am feeling like I will never again do business with these folks.

Amazing place! I’ve gotten several several pieces of collectible coins and silver stack pieces. Definitely not disappointed shipping is top notch and every single item has been a great deal! I would recommend this place any day!

Went in to try and get some information on some silver and coins I had recently acquired and possibly wanted to get some graded as they are authorized dealers from PCGS. When I walk in, I tried to explain what I needed, and was rudely told to grab a ticket and wait in line which I proceeded to do for the next hour And when it was finally my turn, they were only interested in what I wanted to sell Which is fine everybody has to make money, but it was the fact that I was told that I would have to come back for the information or to get my coins looked at Because the guy who did that was in a meeting And apparently there was only one person that can do this. Essentially, I waited in line for an hour to be told that because I had waited in line for an hour. He was now unavailable. If there was another PCGS authorized dealer in Idaho Falls, I would never be going back to this place again unfortunately they are the only ones so I am stuck and so are you

Came in with 2 gold coins - took a number waited 15 mins. Finally got seen (26 Feb) and get told it won’t be till April till I get paid. No thanks & goodbye. 👋

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Infinity Coins is hands down my favorite coin shop. They’re truly education-first. Every time I buy from them, I walk away knowing more than I did before. Whether it’s history, grading, rarity, or market insight. That alone sets them apart. Their inventory is on another level. Not just the usual stuff they consistently have pieces you didn’t even know existed. Rare, obscure, high-quality, and always interesting. Kevin, and the whole team are awesome. Knowledgeable, genuine, and clearly passionate about what they do. You can tell Kevin actually cares about collectors, not just making a sale. Easily the best coin shop around. If you’re even remotely into coins, Infinity Coins is a must.

I found Infinity Coins about 8 months ago. I mostly interact with them on their Whatnot channel. Since finding them I have been nothing but elated by their customer service, knowledge of the industry and competitive prices. They not only go out of their way to educate you on the products they are selling, but they show a true passion for the collector community as a whole. And I mean “community” because they respect each person their business, industry and channel touches. Kevin’s knowledge of coins and precious medals is something to be admired. I have learned so much from listening to him and his team. They make sure to stop and take the time to educate you about the collector market prior to you making a purchase with them. If I had to describe Infinity coins in four words they would be trustworthy, honest, knowledgeable and friendly. They have, and will continue to have my business throughout my collecting career. Would highly recommend you check them out if you are interested in learning more about coins and bullion, or want to expand the collection you currently have. Nothing but good things to say about this business and their team

I’ve had a great experience with Infinity Coin in my buying and selling transactions. The staff have incredible knowledge of gold, silver, copper, collectibles, and even Goldbacks coming to Idaho soon. If they don’t have what you’re looking for, keep checking back — they’ll likely get it in. Highly recommend!

They were very busy, mostly because the precious metals market is crazy right now. However they were very helpful and gave me what I thought to be fair price for my metal. I have been using Infinity for five years now and I will go back, also love there radio commercials.

THIS PLACE IS THE BEST. I have done businesses with many different places & infinity is now my go to choice when selling coins or gold/ silver scrap. They are knowledgeable & they explain things throughout the process while selling to them. They offer you current market value & do not try to take advantage or manipulate you. 5 star review.
