Always great costumer service at Nancy’s pawn shop. Last time I was in I bought a craftsman battery along with a ryobi battery charger for my other ryobi tools. Craftsman battery wouldn’t hold a charge and Nancy’s pawn shop gave me a full refund no questions asked.— Bailey Turner, Sep 2024

Video game hunters beware! I’ve never ever left a review for anything but I have to mention that when I brought some games up to the counter the guy asked for more than the price on the shelf. He also claimed one of them was in the wrong spot even though there was no spot for 3DS games. I literally raised an eyebrow and didn’t say anything only because I was surprised that each game was more than the sticker price that THEY PUT ON THE SHELF and he immediately launched into this rehearsed spiel about how valuable they were and how he has someone he can call to buy them all right now. (They were extremely common Atari cartridges and he thought they were valuable) I made a point to be very polite and not say anything passive aggressive but I felt horribly mistreated so I just walked out. If the owner responds or sees this just remember I’m not trying to be mean, I’m just warning people to stay away if you want to hunt for video games.— Zedthamis, Apr 2025
Owner is rude to her customers and tried to rip me off by saying the key code was NOT on the lock cylinder after I spent precious time removing it from my car. It was on the cylinder. Then tried to charge me $70 because she already sent off for the code. Simple mistake? I think not. This is their profession.They should know better. Then threw us out. Bunch of rip off artists. I was tired of paying the interest on the loan shark-like loans I took out at this place. I decided to take everything out of pawn. The employees wouldn't let me carry anything out to the vehicle. Sweet, huh? Not so much. I had pawned a guitar, and they returned it to me with a broken neck, and women's hair ties to "hide" the damage they had done.
