20/10 I could not recommend them more! Everything from the moment I walked in to the moment I walked out with the ring was hands down the best customer service experience I have had. I walked in to see this beautiful diamond and emerald band in person after seeing their extensive stock of estate jewelry and was immediately welcomed. Charlotte was so kind, patient, and genuine. Nancy was very knowledgeable and helpful with any questions I had. I was on the fence about buying right then and there as I was only stopping by without the expectation of buying before speaking with my husband, but there was no hiding how in love I was with this band and they did not rush or pressure me. I received the ring much sooner than the expected time for resizing. Nancy wrapped it so I could open it at home with my husband and it was placed in a beautiful white detailed ring box. They truly are remarkable!

I worked with Charlotte to have one of my dad‘s rings, resized and cleaned. The ring came back amazing, it looked so good and the sizing was spot on. Charlotte was a pleasure to work with and shared in my excitement when the ring came back looking beautiful beyond any expectation I had! She also took the time to explain the make up of the ring, both its precious metals and center gems. Great experience!

12/4/2025 Tonight I stopped in to Christopher’s and sold some old scrap gold I had laying around. I felt bad because I arrived 8 minutes before they closed. I expected an eye-roll because I was walking in the last few minutes of the day but instead they met me with a smile and didn’t seem to mind my last minute stop. 3 out of the 5 pieces iI brought in I originally thought to be just costume jewelry turned out to be actual gold. After a quick test to determine what was gold and what was not, the very nice lady handed me over$250 in cash on the spot and I was out the door in about 7 minutes total! Went in today to replace a lost wedding ring that really could never be replaced. We had looked everywhere for something I would love just as much. Nancy and Charlotte were incredible and the entire staff took their time offered us drinks and whatever we needed while they figured out what I needed to make me happy. We found my dream set up and order it up! Thank you so much! We found our new go to jewelers!
