Edit: Sorry, missed the part about appointment only, it's strange but okay. It wasn't your opinion that bothered me, although I do appreciate that.. The way you handled our encounter, is about as unprofessional and ignorant as your response to this review. It was me walking out, with the mumbling I heard and eye rolls, I won't be disrespected. Thank you! First thing when I walk in the door "it's gotta be quick, I'm helping somebody" as he points. I come in because I wanted a professional examination, he was uninterested, as I wasnt walking in with 10oz of gold
