Very professional would recommend

First couple of times that I bought silver Eagles from here I was very impressed and the owner was very helpful. However, the last time I went to purchase more Eagles there was another guy running the shop. Silver was trading right at $14 and he tried to charge me $24 per coin...I was aware of the premiums charged and knew this was not right. When I asked him what the deal was he tried to tell me some fear mongering stuff I'd expect to hear from a conspirator about the mint stopping production. Knew that was not true. Just trying to support local business but customer service and prices are much better online.

I stopped by on my lunch hour while visiting Davenport. They have a waiting room if the interior room is busy. I'm not sure how many people that is. After waiting 10 minutes I left because I was running out of time to shop and get back to work. Seems like maybe that was good fortune because I have a dog allergy and they bring their dogs to work. So if you are visiting Davenport and don't have time to wait in their waiting room, or have dog allergies, this isn't the place.

First time seller, had gone to a competitor and was disappointed in their lack of customer service so I left, heard qc coins commercial and thought that's where I'll go! So glad I did! Alex is professional, honest, and funny. He paid me over spot on my coins. I learned quite a bit about selling and what to expect. Small wait, but lots to look at. Definitely 10 out of 10.
