Very professional and informative.

I had several pieces of jewelry that I had been holding for years, and with gold now at an all-time high I decided it was time to sell. Not knowing anything about precious metals or what "Spot" means, I did some research along with where was the best places to sell gold and silver around Chattanooga. The Vault was among the top three, and after reading comments from all three, but the Vault had better reviews that stated they pay you more (93% Spot) than their competitors. I decided to go to the Vault to get my item appraised and possibly sell them. I called ahead and was told they accept walk-in's and I did not need an appointment. I took several pieces of 10kt, 14kt, 18kt and 925 silver to get a free appraisal and even though I knew I didn't have to accept their offer, I was banking on all the reviews I had read from shops in the area. Most of my items were marked, but I had a ring that neither I, nor Mitchell could locate a stamp and I was not sure that It was in fact gold. Mitchell was very polite and said he would test it and it was gold. After testing and sorting, Mitchell came back with a price that exceeded the high end of what I was hoping to receive for my items. From start to finish, I was in and out in under 20 mins and that included waiting for two people who were ahead of me. I had a very positive experience dealing with the Vault which is why I gave them 5 stars.

I have been to The Vault several times. They are always welcoming and friendly. Absolutely the only place I will sell gold or coins. I had about an ounce of gold, took it to a pawn shop, didn't like the offer I got. Went to The Vault the next day, he gave me $550 more than the pawn shop offered!

Such a great experience. Walking in it felt like a clean organized environment and I was promptly greeted by both people behind the counter. I came in the sell some bullion/coins and the process was super simple. The pieces were checked for their integrity and I was offered a very fair price for my items which is not the case at many of the places I have been. I gave them my ID and had my payment in hand within minutes. Friendly, no BS, gun-carrying(which I prefer😂) treat you like family kind of people. Will definitely go back again. They also have a great selection of products from what I can tell.

Compared to 6 other places from Summerville to Fort Oglethorpe, they gave me the best price for my gold. THE VERY BEST. Very nice store with beautifully unique jewelry, cute charms, trinkets, Collectible coins and just other interesting stuff to look at and buy. They were very nice and patient in teaching me how the process is. Thank you for your kindness. 💜
