We went in for the first time about 6 months ago and the young lady who helped us was super nice and we feel we received a very fair deal so we have gone back a couple of times more and every time so far has been great, I love that they are local and to me very honest and fair! She never treated us anyway but nice and she never made us feel like we were second class or trash because we were selling out stuff and I don’t know about you but, that means a lot to me! Especially if everyone has ever been to a pawn shop or somewhere like that where they DO look down on you.🥺 If we have anything else that is silver or gold we will go back to Gold and silver exchange in Clarkesville Ga.😊

Bobby and wife are Always very friendly and professional. I always enjoy the conversations and atmosphere at their business. While one of our trucks is out of commission, we rented a U-Haul from Gold and Silver Exchange yesterday. We had used their truck rental services personally before and had a great experience, so we decided to use them again for business purposes. The process is always so streamlined and easy, and the family who runs it is honest and hard working. As a small family business, we love supporting other small family businesses in our community, and this is one we proudly support and highly recommend.

Great customer service, Bobby stayed 2 hours late one day just to take care of me and make sure I knew he was taking his time and inspecting my coins to make sure I got the best deal. Honestly he could have ripped me off but he was knowledgeable and honest, offered me some suggestions about what to hang onto, and I walked out of there with about 3 times what I thought I would. Great experience and I'm actually headed back there today. These are good people you want to do business with. The lady I spoke with on the phone was also just super down to earth, friendly and accommodating to work around my schedule even though it was after normal hours.
