I went in with several coins asking for appraisal and after waiting for so long this guy that clearly looks like he's just there till shift is over. He didn't seem interested nor took any time out yo appraise any of my coins but did pick out 3 that he knew right off bat that were worth & and basically robbed me of the price for them. The place isn't like the photos, there isn't any way shape or form for a wheelchair or walker to even move in the place. It's dirty disorganized and rude. I will Never Go back to this hole in the wall dump with rude unprofessional staff that clearly lack knowledge and proper customer service skills. This place deserves URANIS not a star because it was pretty shitty the whole experience .💩🚽👎🏼🤮🙄

1st time in. I have a another LCS that ive used for a couple of years and have bought a considerable amount, that being said Dane was awesome, and very helpful, matched the premium and was very helpful showing my 10 year old 1oz silver . 10 out of 10 service and personality. Great shop knowledgeable team who get you in and out in a timely fashion even with these volatile times and record prices. All transactions were handled with the utmost care and privacy! I do not have to "intentionally" dress down as I am a modest dresser by default but I have never felt looked down on or discriminated against by this group.

First time at this shop to check them and ended up doing a transaction. Yes, they were busy which I understand given volatility in silver prices that day - but being buzzed in and not even getting a hello/welcome didn't seem very inviting. There shelves were empty on display. They clearly do have it in the vault. Maybe the employees don't have time to restock, which is a management/leadership issue or needing additional staff, if you are out of stock or low quantities, put a sign to inquire. While observing and waiting in line, everyone seemed to be going back and forth (kind like a chicken with their head cut off), didn't really feel like a valued customer. Also I intentially wore cheap clothes to not attract (unwanted) attention, and also was an atmosphere test of do they "judge a book by it's cover" mentality or like undercover boss check, definitely got that feeling. Dealt with multiple people during the transaction as it seemed very ADHD, and not even a genuine hello. During the transaction, I will say the staff is mostly knowledgeable which is a good. Further thoughts, I initially was enthusiastic about potentially doing more business with them before coming in, but after reflecting on the first interaction, seems like I'll be looking for another LCS elsewhere. If only your store knew what potential was lost. Reply to the owner: Thank you for your response. Very detailed and perhaps quite emotionally charged message. It does not bring me any joy to write a below average review. Perhaps you may have forgotten why dressing in plain clothing is important. As you have highly valuable things in your store, there are likely customers carrying high valuable things not normally carried daily - why should one dress to attract attention when transporting from a logical sense? To say that I attacked your team is a stretch. I gave you constructive feedback on observations. I did say in my post that they have knowledge. In closing, it's unfortunate that you couldn't take the criticism objectively. Your choice seems clear on NOT wanting to find a solution the problem. It is what it is.
