Went looking to upgrade my wifes wedding set. Horrible service. I asked for a size 9 i was told its very time consuming to determiine sizes on each one and to pick what i wanted to see and go get it sized. I didnt feel welcome or that he wanted to be helpful. I’ve visited this store on a number of occasions and I have always felt welcomed and had very professional service. I’ve purchased gifts for family members here as well as my own needs. I found the owner as well as employees at the time to be very helpful, respectful, and kind.
