This is why this place has a 3.3 stars very rude. Stay out of there called and asked the guy what they pay per gram for gold and he hung up on me go elsewhere.
We had done business for so long I remember seeing your dad in the shop with you playing cards. I wish your human side had kicked in, instead of your business side when I brought mom's jewelry to you 2 days after her unexpected death. If only you had said I know you're in shock, trying to figure things out but come back in a couple week's if you still need to. Instead you took advantage, nobody in their right mind, that wasn't in shock would have accepted what you offered. I can only imagine what you got for her jewelry, I assume that new automobile you're now riding around in. I didn't know that mom's jewelry couldn't be sold until her estate was settled but I'm sure you knew that. Yes, I could have really used the money for the jewelry but the memories I let go is what really gets me now. You probably got $50k+ in jewelry from a person not in their right mind. If your dad is still alive I hope is ashamed of you. As hard as I tried to save mom's house, it's being sold....thank you for taking advantage of me, you knew I wasn't thinking right...my mom's memory & her hard work all gone because of your greed...
Not once not twice but 3 times we was turned away and told this business was not open for retail and that's a slap in the face when someone is buying stuff when we walk in and someone is shopping while we are leaving the store is a hot mess and the owner is rude avoid this location at all cost I will never recommend this business to anyone
Went in today and was treated fairly and professionally. Received a great deal on my purchase and a fair price/trade for items I no longer wanted. Will definitely be back!
Horrible customer service,I'm assuming it's management,I can on here to look and be a potential customer,as soon as I walked in the older guy said we are not open for browsing and we close at 5,the shops open sign was still on and Google says they close at 6,either way rude and unprofessional I'm sure if I was a guy or giving them something they could make money off of.They would have been more welcoming.
Nice place. If you do not need something they may buy it. Helped me out when I needed it.
