I have NO respect for businesses that can’t even open on time. I’m here at 11:45am on a Sunday when they should be open at 11. Seriously what the hell is that...waste of time.

I've been there three times and each visit left me happy. Professional. Friendly. Knowledgeable. If you have some old gold jewelry this is the place to go. My only regret is I don't have anything else to take in. Great merchant!

Called Bryan on Wednesday to confirm he would still be open Saturday 11am, during labor weekend, and he said yes he would be around at that time. By the time comes, not only he was not here yet, I would told he usually show up 1pm or 2pm on Saturdays. Therefore, the hour of operation is inaccurate. I still waited at the store while we tried to get in communication with him, but right before 2pm, he confirmed that he will not be here. Huge waste of time. That’s why I called few days ahead, to avoid that. Lol At least I visited the Whole Foods Market. - IG: I_hyzell_c
