I guess having a 4.9 Google review is very good but my experience was horrible, probably even terrifying. I bought a firearm an 10/12/25 under false advertisement, a 300 blockout that was sold with the 300 blackout magazine. Instead this firearm was a regular AR15. I found this out the hard way because I trusted them when they said it was a 300 blackout. On 10/18/25 the firearm blew up in my face and I got burnt on my left forearm at the gun range when the first shot was fired. I drove to the store, on Griffin rd, and was told to come back Monday. I called Monday morning and explained again what had happened but I was told they would called me back in an hour. I waited all day and still no one called me back. I know we have to be careful when buying a firearm but we put the trust in the people that are selling these firearm especially if it's being sold by a professional store or company. I'm very disappointed in this whole situation because even if they had told me it was an AR15, I would have still bought it instead, it was displayed as a 300 blackout. Update: After going through my situation. I would like to say thank you to both the gentlemen that helped me today. Also, a very big thank you to Mr. G for returning my phone call and making things right. After all, we are humans and I'm now sure it was a human error not false advertisement. I can understand why US Pawn does deserve a 4.9 star review. Thanks again!
