Terrible I have been calling for over a month to pick up my firearm. I had to file an appeal which is now approved but they are never open and wont return my calls. I guess I'm gonna have to file a complaint with the court because I'm out 400$ and I still need my gun. HORRIBLE
On a business trip to Tampa. Visited many pawn shops. Wandered into the shop and was blown away by what happened next. The shop is now under new management. They have a lot of video games! Some are even sealed. We are talking about original Nintendo cartridges, N64 cartridges, Playstation 1, 2, and 3 games. Consoles, etc. Boxes and boxes of them. The new manager is hard at work reconfiguring the store to accommodate all the inventory in the coming days / weeks. According to the new manager, there are even more offsite. If you are local in Tampa, you are so lucky. Bring cash!
While I understand the frustration we need to be sensitive to the fact that they are going through a major negative life event. Hopefully none of you ever have to experience this and need patience and understanding from others. We wish Morton a full and complete recovery. Look forward to seeing you guys in the shop soon.
Purchased a Nintendo 3ds from Myers and was pleasantly surprised how easy the process was. He was patient while I tested and confirmed operation of the device and threw in a charger that originally was not included. I noted that he did carry a TON of older consoles and games while I was there. 10/10
