After reading all the great reviews I was pretty disappointed, walked in to sell my pressure washer and the guy upfront acted like he didn’t even have 30 seconds to speak with me. Complete waste of time and gas, I recommend going somewhere else at least they’ll give you a minute of their time

Bought a couple necklaces from them Gavin Matt Tony and Sebastian were all so nice they were very fair with their prices and made me feel like family not just a customer will highly recommend them to everyone I know

I purchased a computer and found that the specifications stated were not accurate. I was pleasantly surprised when I called to return the item and the service representative, whose name was Matthew, was professional and polite. Tony was a great help with selling my chain, which was just removed from capital pawn. He brought to my attention how the proper pawn shop had actually removed my clasp from my chain and returned it with a poorly cauterized female clasp. I was negligent in checking but the thoroughness and honesty was much appreciated. Highly recommended.

I really enjoy browsing their inventory and their prices are great as well. Matt was super helpful answering my questions and they have a ton of firearms to look through as well which is awesome! This is my go to shop.

Cannot speak highly enough about my recent visit to Sunny Pawn and Jewelry! Amazing selection of hand curated pieces that you cannot find in your typical jewelry stores! Each item was beautifully displayed and carefully cleaned. I wanted to buy everything! Took home these gorgeous earrings and am absolutely in love with them. The gentlemen working here are friendly and made the experience fun! Good people, great selection, and even better prices - will absolutely be a return customer.

These guys are over the top good dudes. I am at one of the lowest points of my life and they don't rub it in my face or treat me any different than a valued customer. They go out of their way to work with me. I'm 41 and never had to pawn anything to get by but life is life and shit happens but the experience with these guys makes me enjoy working with them. I've always been on the buying side at pawn shops and look forward to stabilizing so I can come raid their inventory. If you need help for whatever reason and fortunate enough to have valuables (gold) it is absolutely worth going out of your way to come here. I am a committed customers and this is the only review I have ever actually followed through with which is the least I can do with their help and above board customer care.

By far the best pawn shop in cape! Great service and VERY fair pricing. The guys behind the counter are respectful and go the extra mile to help out. This is the ONLY pawn shop worth your time in cape coral!
