I came in ready to make a purchase, but the experience was very disappointing. The staff member I spoke with was rude and seemed completely uninterested in helping. He acted as though it didn’t matter whether I was buying or selling and was unwilling to provide any information about the merchandise in the store. Overall, it was a terrible customer service experience.
