Stopped by yesterday with my son and had a great experience! Colin was really patient with him and spent a lot of time showing him the merchandise! He is still talking about it. The owner is very personable and they have a great selection. Will definitely be back!

I was out and about a little early evening 958 this morning came to this business to find out if they had a power washing gun well the gates were closed and so I opened it those signs as open, so I open the gate and close it the way it was thinking that’s where it belonged. The doors on the inside of the gate were locked so I’m knocked. It’s 10 o’clock by now they should be open. The sign said open. The gentleman, whoever he was not really a gentleman the rudest person I’ve ever dealt with. Ask me why at a gun shop I would close the gates again instead of leaving them open. Like I knew that those gates were supposed to be left open and I wasn’t coming through a gun shop. I was coming to a pawn shop to see if they had a power washing gun for my power washer.He was the rudest person I ever met. I don’t know why anybody would go there for alone or a gun or whatever. Disgusting vile ignorant the customer service ain’t there.

I can't even begin to describe the absolute angel that Joe the owner and the rest of his staff are, he has been an incredible life saver for me. He has bent his back over backwards for me and he has held my stuff so I won't lose it for let's just say an incredible amount of time. I went through financial struggles and he's been there for me the entire way never taking my stuff out and selling it when he could have easily done that and made his money. This pawn shop is absolutely beyond anything I could ever even comprehend as far as customer service goes. it just goes Way beyond being fair and being more like family to me. Joe you have a special place in my heart and a special place in God's. he is going to bless you beyond comprehension for your patience for your kindness, and your overall love that you have for your customers and me.
