I went there to have a loan on my jewlery and Lauren helped me to get the best price . Lauren has a very kind and honest way dealing with this. This pawnshop is very reliable. I recommend this shop and especially Lauren in case you need a loan on any items you have.

Wouldn't even give me a price. Just kept saying "no I don't think we can get you what You're looking for." From the moment I mentioned I had a firearm, the lady was unwilling to loan on it. Her manager even said to do it. All she looked up was the lower, didn't even search up the two upper receivers I had with it. She just did not want to give me money for a gun. Ridiculous. At least capital pawn will evaluate each item. I only came here because it was closer. Learned my lesson. Just as expected, capital pawn gave me the money I needed, and then some. It's no wonder they're so much more popular than this low-end pawn shop.

Yili helped me out and was incredibly knowledgeable, and Lauren was kind and professional the whole time. They explained clearly what they do and don’t take—gold, silver, newer electronics (usually within 2 years), but not collectibles or older memorabilia. And honestly, that makes sense—those items just don’t sell like they used to. Tastes change, markets shift, and no shop wants to be stuck with stuff that won’t move. I appreciated the honesty and how transparent they were about everything. You can tell they care about treating people right. I’ll definitely be back!

As a Naples Native, I can speak for the locals. I have been to all the pawn shops in town. Pine Ridge Pawn & Jewelry is my Go to for everything now! This is how a pawn shop should be. These folks set the standard for 5 star customer service. Don’t waste your hard earned money somewhere else in town. Don’t be rushed and pressured by those “other ones” who really don’t care.
