In March, 2022, I ordered a few thousand standard issue tokens, and the Hoffman Mint sales rep. indicated a shipping time of a month or so once full payment in advance was received. Full payment was made on March 25, with a firm shipping date in early June. July 5, I reached out to Hoffman Mint (or whoever, HM now seems to be a subsidiary of a larger entity) by email and telephone, and received a reply email saying they will ship maybe August 25. I am underwhelmed.

These will take a while...but they are worth it. I worked with Shila on ordering a dollar and quarter token for my Laundromat. I began the process in Febuary of '22. First part of the process is them making the the dye that will form your coins. These are expensive and take time to make. The second part the minting will take time as they are having supply chain issues. With that I got my first set of tokens a month a head of schedule but still had to wait for my second batch to impliment them in my stores. I will work with them again and again. We as consumers and business people need to stop thinking with the idea of Bezos and go back to JCPenny times. The world was never meant to operate on schedule of 24 hours. They will show up - just be patient. If you are unfamilar with Hoffman - They have Rowe changers and a couple other companies too.
