Amazing experience. Top notch service and truly helped me make a sound investment that continues to pay off each day. If you are looking to purchase rare coins or metals, look no further!
Went for the first time and had a great experience. Chris was very friendly and professional. Gave me a fair quote right away and paid on the spot. Whole thing took 5 minutes, will definitely come back! Thanks!
I went there today, and the spot price is at $48.25 oz, he offered $40 oz! That's approaching 1/5th of the melt value. These were beautiful artistic pieces like a 10oz Monarch mint round of Vikings fighting a dragon, and a 5oz Argentia Bastet, beautiful pristine new pieces, sure to sell, and going for much higher than spot anywhere and everywhere, and I was willing to take spot already. Why would I do business with you when others are willing to pay spot? I don't like leaving negative reviews because I'm sure it's a family business and don't want to hurt anyone, but that's ridiculous. I would have even taken a little under spot, which has skyrocketed $10 in the last month, but if you want business, you can't do that. I'm irritated because your replies to negative reviews on here indicate that you pay a "premium," and these were .999, and I wanted to give you a chance. So the review is for people that don't want to waste their time, because you're not going to get close to what you could if you just sell it to one of the places like APMEX, JMBULLION, or PROVIDENT, who will pay spot. You could have easily even just taken what I was offering and sold it to them for spot, immediately turning a profit. So that just makes it look like you're trying to take advantage of people who are desperate, and I'm not. I'm sure that's probably not the case, but appearances are what they are, and that's the one you're giving off. I just went somewhere else and was given spot. For the amount I was about to sell, the cut would have been a $500 gift, for no reason. And if you're willing to short customers that much, then personally I won't trust you for future trade. I was looking for something closer so I didn't have to drive to Aventura for a reputable place that offers a fair deal and compensation, but I appreciate them much more now. The business in general is already shady and scammy enough just to make a few dimes in most places, but this is just unacceptable because it's totally surprising, as I've been trading with businesses in Texas and Florida for over a decade, and never seen such abhorrent pricing. You should make this known, your business practices, on your website. "Hey! We'd love to take your coins! For much less than they're worth!" YOU expect to be given a fair price, so where do YOU buy from? I'd like to go to them instead. Because this is somewhat of the equivalent of going to someone with a $50 bill, and taking $40 for it, when someone else will just give $50 for $50. It's even just melt value. Not even the fact that it's something people would desire and pay more for. If you just want government minted coins, say so. Government has created the problems we all face today, and many people like myself don't value the same things you may. Irregardless, the melt value is the price, and until you understand that, I encourage people to not waste their precious time.
