I don't understand why they get bad reviews. The customer service I received was top notch... They took time to explain every detail... Plus had a machine to say if the product was real... I would recommend them if your looking for fair and honest dealings...

I cannot recommend Chris enough to others, he came highly recommended by my daughter and life long friends. I had a a very special heirloom ring that my mother wanted to take apart and make 4 necklaces for her four daughters so we all could have a little piece of this timeless ring that was passed down. He went above and beyond to make them perfect for my sisters and me. We even got to choose if we wanted yellow gold or white gold (even two tone as an option) depending on what we all wore.
