I needed a ring cut off of my pinky. It fit when I first starting wearing it. I must have gained a pound or two...lol. At any rate, I couldn't get it off anymore. Mr. Jim to the resque!! He cut it off within a couple of minutes and freed my finger! And, on top of that, there was no charge!!
