Great customer service and awesome products!

Michael gave me straightforward answers to my questions. He quickly developed the trust a prospective client needs when dealing with substantial funds with an unknown over the internet. Sometimes the answer wasn’t what I wanted to hear- but it was the answer I needed to hear. I’ll deal with him when I venture into the silver coin arena again.

This is another review in regards to a review I posted about 6 months ago. I never requested information from this company, they must have bought or stolen my information from another company. When I posted my last review stating this company has no respect for the DNC list, someone from this company replied stating I requested information and that I would be added to the DNC list moving forward. Both untrue, I have continued to receive calls from them, including another 15 minutes ago. I called the customer service line and again requested to be added to the DNC list. She confirmed that I had not been on the list prior to today! Absolutely no chance I would ever do business with this company
