When I got to the store the employee didn’t even check our product if it was great or not he just said that we have it on phone being very disrespectful

Bought a game 2-3 weeks later doesn’t turn on my son is very careful especially since he’s had this game cause he loved it as a gift. I was told the kid could’ve dropped it and broke it but I can guarantee you he did not if he’s on his switch he’s definitely near me because I watch what he plays or watches. No warranty’s either

When we got to the store , The employer was at the front door, smoking a cigarette, and when he saw the item that we were gonna bring to pawn, he said we don’t take that. Plus, he told us we should’ve called before coming here so we don’t waste any gas. He was very rude and disrespectful and that is very unprofessional of him.

Nasty rude people. Trash in there anyways, save ur time and go to a pawn shop who cares.

This place was right down the road from my house so I figured I’d go check out some of the guitars there. I went in looking for an acoustic, played a few but wasn’t really a fan of any of them. However they did have this nice electric that I was interested in and wanted to plug in. So I asked one of the guys if he had an amp that I could plug into and try it and he said “yeah we do” in a pretty dismissive tone and just went back to reading whatever he was reading. About 10 seconds later I asked “Could I plug in that guitar to one of them?” He responded with “I guess” then muttered something under his breath then when I responded “I’m sorry?” he just said “Nothing” again in a very rude dismissive tone. At that point I just said “Nevermind forget it” and left the shop. It wasn’t a cheap guitar either it was about $350-400 but I’m not gonna spend that kind of money at a store where one of the workers (potentially an owner) is that rude. I should also add there were no other customers in the store and he was just sitting in a chair reading something so I didn’t really understand the lack of patience. The only reason I left 2 stars instead of 1 is because the older gentleman that was working in the store was nice, patient, personable, and was very willing to work with you on price. If he had been the only one in the store and the younger guy (not that he was young) didn’t come in that day I likely would’ve walked out of the store with that guitar.
