Best coin shop on the Emerald Coast!

I have absolutely nothing but good things to say about this place. Charlie seems to be a great guy and he's easy to work with. I came in from KY, and from the very beginning he treated me like a frind I've know for years. Prices you can't beat, and the costumer service to match. You have to make an appointment, but it's definitely worth taking the time to do so. I highly recommend Gold & silver resources to anyone looking stack or collect. I can't wait to do business in the future.

I was in Fort Walton for a work trip. I researched coin shops beforehand and made the decision I would visit GSR. At first I showed up in person to a locked door, mistakenly not realizing THEY ARE APPOINTMENT ONLY. Such is life, I made an appointment! Tonya was extremely quick and helpful in getting back to me regarding an appointment. I was scheduled for 5pm which is what I asked for. I let them know what I was interested in beforehand, and I thought I would be in and out. That wasn’t the case. Charles, the owner and I started talking. His hospitality and kindness is unmatched in my 10+ years of experience visiting various different Local Coin Shops. He is extremely professional, kind, fair in both buying and selling, and just a great overall individual. We ended up enjoying conversation spanning many topics for hours until it got late. I was able to purchase exactly the type of item I was looking for ok my trip. I am very glad that I could give Gold and Silver Resources my patronage during my visit and I know for fact, whether it be online or in person again I will be a repeat customer. Charles and Tonya, please continue to keep up the great service you provide to the community during the past 15+ years. I am grateful that small businesses like you continue to provide value to the local community and visitors like myself too. I cannot give a stronger possible recommendation. As I am losing trust on a lot of people, Charlie Little and his wife are couple that are super trustworthy. My. Sister and I are very impressed on our experience from the time we walked in to gold and silver resources to our way home we cannot stop talking about them. We’ve seen honesty that’s rare nowadays.

My husband and I are building a house and it’s good luck to put a silver dollar in the foundation. They were able to make a quick appointment for me and gave me a great deal on the coin. Their friendliness and fairness was over the top. If you need to work with a professional, these are the folks to do it with.

I was recently in the Ft. Walton Beach area on a recent business trip and as I often do I like to visit local coin shops. This was my first time in this part of Florida so I did not know what I was in for. On a Friday afternoon, after my conference had ended and my flight left for back home, I had exactly 3 hours to visit coin shops. I looked online and found 2 local coin shops, one on Beal Parkway this location on Perry Ave. When I went to the location on Perry Ave( Gold and silver resources), the door was locked and sign on the door said call for an appointment. I then went to the other coin shop on Beal Parkway( Sand Dollar Coins) they were open and extremely busy. I had to wait a short time but then met with the owner and ended up buying over $1500.00 worth of coins and bullion, what a great experience. I cannot understand how a business that sells gold and silver, with the price it is at nowadays( record highs for gold and silver) can operate by appointment only? Coin shops in my area do not do this as they are a full retail coin shop and understand the value of walk in traffic. Apparently the owner of this business, does not care about the hobby(Numismatics) and does not care to be a retail business. If I owned this business and lost a $1500 sale to walk up traffic, I would be changing my hours overnight. Hopefully this owner will have a change of heart.
