The worst pawn shop they dont work with you they dont call you when items will be pulled to atleast maybe save your item NOTHING the worst customer service . If i can give 0 stars i would avoid at all cost

It's not recommended to come here to pawn items with these people, as they change the interest rate without warning and sell your items without any notice. You call and your item is gone; they sold it for scrap gold...

I had a great experience at Gold Star Pawn. Charlie helped me and was very friendly, professional, and honest about the value of my items. He offered me a fair price for my jewelry and even explained how the loan process works in detail. The shop was clean and organized, and I didn’t feel rushed or pressured. I’ll definitely be coming back if I ever need quick cash or want to find a good deal on electronics. I rate him a 10/10!

Elderly 78 yr old women house was burglarized they stole her whole central air conditioning unit from outside on the coldest weekend of the yr … called this pawn shop to get a SPACE heater … “we have one it’s 25 dollars “ pick it up get home the sticker on the side says 15 dollars , called back up their to advise them she needs her 10 dollars that they STOLE FROM HER DID I SAY SHE IS 78 years old ON A FIXED INCOME !!!! HOW DO YOU HAVE THE HEART TO TAKE ADVANTAGE OF THIS ELDERLY LADY AT A TIME LIKE THIS !!!! Lady answering the phone was rude and owner in the background saying no we can’t give her back the money!!! THIS IS WHAT HAPPENS IN THESE TYPE OF BUSINESSES THEY TAKE ADVANTAGE OF THE WEAK AND PRAY ON THE VULNERABLE….. 10 dollars although small to you could have helped get her another heater her whole house is cold the one heater is really not that good anyway !!!! NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE … JUST SICK TO MY STOMACH IT COULD HAVE BEEN HANDLED BETTER !! WE HAD A WHOLE CONVERSATION WHILE IN THEIR PURCHASING THE HEATER SO THEY KNEW HOW IMPORTANT THIS HEATER WAS TO HAVE !!!
