Be Careful these guys think they are slick I had a 10k bracelet and the older big gentleman put it on the gold filled pile me knowing that it’s 10k I asked him to test it again so I can see and it reads as 10k then he says he’s not allowed to buy it since it’s not marked that does not give anyone the excuse to rip someone off he’s paying actual gold as gold filled be careful they buy gold as gold filled trying to pull fast ones on people who work hard for their things
The manager is a miserable ,completely rude individual who should not be in a customer service business. Do not try and haggle or negotiate at all here or you will be run out …. If you are new to silver and gold this manger will treat you like dirt or stupid… I feel bad for couple of good employees who have to work under such a pathetic boss….
I've been going through this coin shop for about 12 years they always have time to sit by the counter we get all of our coins and jewelry and bits and pieces all out and we go through them and eventually come to a fair and honest deal they're all terrific I love these guys.🏴☠️⚓🌴🍹🍹🇺🇸
I visited herbs coin shop today and they have tons of cool coins jewelry and collectibles. Craig the owner is the coolest. Marcus is really nice and so is rene, awesome staff, and super professional. Best coin shop in town, do your business with them. They will give you the best deals.
I have been doing business with Herb's since 2017. My experience today was, as always, excellent. Marcus was very friendly and helpful. He took his time and was very honest with the pricing. The manager was helpful as well and the transaction went smoothly. I was also given a fair and honest evaluation on a different item. Anyone who says they had a bad experience there was either unrealistic about the value of whatever they wanted to sell or provoked the response they got. These are really, really nice people and I would recommend Herb's to everyone.
