Frank is super helpful and welcoming!! I needed to get my bracelet resized and so many places told me they couldn’t do it. Frank was super optimistic and even made a ring out of some of the leftover material. Definitely reccomned going here
I first learned of the amazing gentleman that started this store from my fellow US Marines in Okinawa Japan in the early 1990s. I always hoped to shake his hand one day and thank him for being a truly amazing man that tried so hard to help so many. Very disappointing experience today. After waiting a long time for someone to open the door, my wife, my father, and I entered genuinely interested in purchasing jewelry and possibly a watch. Instead of being welcomed professionally, we were addressed in a rushed and dismissive manner. We were given no proper assistance and were quickly pressured about what we wanted, without being given the opportunity to browse comfortably. For a luxury store, this level of service is unacceptable. Based on this experience, I would not recommend this establishment.
