Since moving to Melbourne 3 years ago, this is the only shop we have ever used. Since our first visit, there was no reason to ever go out and look for alternative pawn services. Staff is great! Always nice, more than fair, fast, and non-discriminatory. An emergency had come up unfortunately on a Sunday and had to look look for some extra cash and decided to sell my old phone. Went around multiple shops since this was closed appraising and the best offer I got was $175 on a practically new phone in the box... I knew this wasn’t right and decided to come to dealer pawn the next day and got $300 no problem! Definitely recommend for ALL your needs. Side note - Ignore these 1-star reviews. They’re completely untrue. I can’t even picture the staff being “rude”. One of the girls that left 1 star has like twenty 1-star reviews for various companies. Only 5-star she gives is for her defense attorney, marijuana dispensary, and doctor’s office (notorious for over-prescribing narcotics) 😂 Some people just cannot be pleased!

Horrible experience today at the pawn shop honestly haven't felt so disrespected by a number in my life trying to negotiate paying off a debt and getting on good terms and they used it totally against me their math their math was so horrible they were literally making almost seven times the amount off of me drove home feeling disrespected and knowing I'll never come back to that pawn shop in my life everything I said is true and honest that's how I feel !!!!

This place is so packed full of stuff it's basically a fire hazard likke a hoarder house. The pictures that are posted on here are what I expected and boy did I get a shock. Prices seemed moderate but I couldn't really look at anything because items were literally PILED on top of eachother. I dont know how a business is run like this, I'd be afraid my items would get lost in the black hole of stuff overfilling this shop. I wish I could have taken a picture but I was the only one in there. Bring a shovel if you go in that way incase there's an avalanche of stuff and you get buried, you can escape.

From the minute you step in the door it’s like a pawn hoarders paradise. There is stuff stacked high and lots of jewelry. Some of the jewelry case glass is somewhat obscured by boxes. Lots of various jewelry to look at but you may have to move a box to get a better look. Don’t hesitate to negotiate. Saw lots of tools, instruments, amps, etc. The place is definitely worth a visit. Lots of parking and easy access to 2 streets because it’s on a corner.

As most of you may know dealing with pawn shops as far as selling or pawn your personal items can be very frustrating. Especially when you know your items are of great value but they will try to degrade it for their benefit only. Not in the best interest of you, the customer. But this pawn shop is the absolute opposite, they are more than fair and helpful. On top of when you sell your items, you’re tempted to put it back into their register bc you want to buy the goods they have in store. Great selection of gently used items!
