I came into Classic Creations to have new batteries installed in 5 if my watches. They told me one could not be opened and the other battery was working correctly. This saved me some money and I appreciate their service. I always go to Classic Creations for my watch repairs and buying my wife's jewlery. I highly recommend them.

We picked out, designed and purchased our engagement ring in Nov 2025 with Steve and it went flawlessly. Being able to design it ourselves was very special to us. Then we came back this week to get our wedding bands and I enjoyed some time with Stephanie as she helped me locate a ring I had seen somewhere else - but because the service and quality at Classic Creations has been EXCELLENT I would get it there , along with the matching band to our engagement ring. I would give Classic Creations a TEN STARS for excellent service and quality products and recommend them to anyone . You’re in good hands with Classic Creations!

Our daughter passed away in January 2025 and she had a Mother's Ring that was very special to her, she wore it all the time. Her children had given it to her for Mother's Day and she was so happy and excited about the gift. We came to Classic Creations in hopes of making the ring look beautiful again only to discover that the stones and gold plate was not of the quality to fix. So Steven recommended that I get the ring duplicated/(remade from scratch) and worked with me through the entire process. It turned out beautiful I will wear and love this ring just like she loved hers. Steven was very helpful and patient with my emotions and I am very thankful that he was there to help me with this very special project. The entire staff was very friendly, professional and helpful.
