First time customer so I was apprehensive about what to expect. We were greeted by Steve who was extremely friendly and gave us some advice on how best to dispose of a silver coin collection. We then produced the gold that we were interested in selling and Steve firstly x-rayed the gold to determine the karat levels. As most of the gold came from the UK, we assumed that it was going to be mainly 9 karat. However he determined that two pieces were 24 karat which elevated their values. Rick then came from the back office to value our gold and offered us a fair price. After signing paperwork that gave them permission to further test the gold, they determined it was as previously identified. We accepted the price and they had to cut a check because the value exceeded cash on hand. The whole process FAR EXCEEDED what I was expecting and everything happened in full sight of the me the customer. I would highly recommend this business and its owners.

He tested each piece of my gold right in front of me and explained the process so I understood everything.
