Customer Service was A+.. I made an error on a going away plaque so we came up with a plan to correct it and it was corrected in a timely manner. On top of that, I had a short suspense on this going away gift and he was able to make it happen. Cannot recommend this store enough! A++++++

I was nervous getting a custom engraving done on a couple of Hydroflasks as details can be lost in communication but Cartouche & Coin Shop delivered! They knew exactly what air frame I wanted and had the silhouette graphic of it already. I even picked out a font online and they were able to download the font and use it. I also appreciated the test samples they sent me to be approved before they actually engraved the bottles. Overall, they were great at communicating and pleasant to work with!
Dress Blues inspection coming up. Didnt have name plates (never issued 😒). Tried ordering from like three other places but they've all been processing for months. So I called and asked if they could express ship them (this was yesterday) because my inspection is this weekend. As I was on the phone, they printed the name plates, sent me a picture of the package, and it legit arrived this evening (all the way in the north east). 10/10 would recommend. This was honestly life saving and im forever grateful and if I ever make my way down to Elgin I will definitely purchase something in person. Thank you again sooooooooooooo much
