What a beautiful store! Elliot was so helpful with us, and very knowledgeable in every part of the store. As non Spanish speakers, he was extremely patient with us, and was more than helpful in showing us around the store and guiding us in making sure we knew what exactly we were doing. I couldn’t recommend this botanica more, I would give it 6 stars if I could. Check it out!!

The customer service in this establishment is intolerable. As an African-American spiritualist, I expect a store that caters to Afro-Cuban religion to provide respectful and competent service. However, my experiences have been far from satisfactory. When I call, the staff is often not bilingual, and those who speak English are rude and dismissive. Their main focus is making a hard sell rather than addressing customer inquiries meaningfully. For those of us who don’t live in Miami and rely on online shopping, it’s incredibly frustrating that their inventory is not fully accessible online. There is a blatant disregard for customers who are not of Spanish heritage, creating a toxic environment. It’s disappointing to see such a lack of cultural sensitivity and understanding. We deserve better alternatives, as it is evident that the service here is not only inadequate but also disrespectful.

I love this place I found it and saved on money so much. It has a large variety of findings and the staff is very informative. They have a great selection of plants that are fresh and hard to find. They also have the free form so you can do your own baths!! I love them and recommend them often. Definitely a great find!!
