Today I received my diamond earrings, a special order. They are super strong and at an excellent price. The service was very friendly and patient, as I placed the order with specific requirements and they did everything I asked for. I highly recommend them; I am extremely satisfied.

About a month ago I had came from Orlando to Miami to buy these hand bracelets, no one in the store had told me the bracelets i bought are practically disposable, they used to be tight on my hand and now they are all stretched out and fall off my hand . I called today and explained to them what was happening and asked if they can maybe fix them or find some type of way to maybe refund or give me new ones . The young lady said that the person that sold me the bracelets was supposed to tell me that the bracelets were a one time thing … I spent $280 on these bracelets its ridiculous!!! Im very upset … I don’t recommend this place. If i could give 0 stars i would… and it’s not because i DONT take of my jewelry … i love jewelry and i know how to properly take of it, it’s the simple fact that it stretched out no matter how much i took care of it ..
My wife and I took our wedding rings here to get resized, and cleaned. After years of working in the car business, welding and sanding, my ring was in serious need. Cristina helped us out big time and I couldn’t be happier with the results. My ring looks brand new and my wife’s ring fits her perfectly now.
