Eddie & K were absolutely wonderful. Eddie radiates charisma & it’s refreshing not to have a bot on autopilot while providing customer service. They were a very honest couple and ran their establishment very professionally. I really dislike the bigger establishments like Value Pawn etc due to the half hearted and scam like nature. K was very humble and polite while talking with my wife & my son. Definitely earned my business compared to everyone else around.
Grew up in SRQ Eddie is a breath of fresh air in the pawn world. I use him for all my jewelry repair. His inventory is stellar. Great guy!
I had an extremely disappointing experience at this pawn shop. I arrived 20 minutes before their posted closing time, but the owners refused service and said they were closing early. They mentioned “family is more important than business” because friends of their daughter were inside — but to me, it felt like they didn’t believe I was there to spend money. I was waved off as if I didn’t matter, which was disrespectful and unprofessional. Whether it was poor customer service or something more personal, I left feeling unwelcome and disrespected. I will not be returning, and I encourage others to take note of how this business treats potential customers.
This is a family owned small business with much to offer! Lovely place, lots of interesting pieces. My fiancé and I purchased our rings there, and they worked with us to get our rings just right. The married couple who run the shop are so kind and funny, always welcomed us, and made good conversation.
My experience here has always been great! My husband & I have been here several times now and have always left satisfied. The owner has given me great deals we couldn’t just pass up! We are treated as if he has known us for years when we are there. I would definitely give my recommendation to others. His wife does amazing jewelry work there as well.
