The majority of the staff here just makes me want to drive farther away to another laundromat because they just always have an attitude or are in a bad mood. If you hate your job that much, then quit, please. Their hours are till 10 pm, but literally try to kick you out before 10 pm. Telling you that it's 5 mins to closing even if it's actually not. They have an attitude if you are still drying or packing up your stuff anytime after 945. Looking at you expecting you to take out your stuff before the dryer is even done just because it's 950. (My things had 5 mins left) Turning off the lights, standing at the door with it wide open, saying they will lock you in for the night because they are leaving and the clock still hasnt even hit 10 yet. The staff is just bad. Adjust the hours or adjust the employees because it's honestly so annoying to have to deal with this staff. A few times, the employees have been pleasant and helpful..

To the owner, if the older Spanish speaking woman doesn’t want to deal with the customers, you should seriously think about hiring someone else. I asked a simple question in regards to the “extractor.” I asked, “does the extractor work?” She looked at me with such disdain, and responded with an attitude, and a sneer “NO!” This was my first time here, I wasn’t sure, so I asked her. Instead of responding in the same way, or matching her energy, I walked away. Rude behavior should never be the norm! Any establishment that encourages rudeness, I prefer not to patronize. Also, the .75 dryers for 10 minutes are a waste. I had delicates on High and they were still damp. When I opened the dryer door, you barely felt the heat on the clothing.

This spot is going downhill & it seems every time I go here I always have a bad experience & spend twice as long doing laundry because the machines aren’t properly taken care of & gotta take my wet clothes from 1 machine into another which something that should taken an hour to go by wash & dry now is like a little over 2 hours or so. I’m taking my business elsewhere now because I have trust issues at this spot.

The machines don't have enough water to wash clothes. Also, if you have any problems, you might get yelled at by the lady in charge; she's always in a bad mood, and you could have a bad time on a Sunday trying to wash your clothes.

Spanish lady on April 12 2025 oil arrived at 8:15 with my 4 year old daughter she stated last was is at 8:30 and we close at 10 I said ok what’s the problem I’ll be done by that time she kept talking very disrespectful and didn’t stop the whole entire time I was doing laundry I felt very uncomfortable and disrespected my daughter cried because of the mean lady there was also a man Spanish that drove a older model Toyota camera green tried getting involved as well I was done with my laundry by 9:50 and cleaned any mess I made this is not tolerated and there were others as well doing laundry and I was not the last person to leave this need to be looked into it’s given racist I need to speak to hire authority and will be reaching out
