It's a real dump. They have a woman who treats customers badly. At the very least, they should hire someone who has respect for people.

This is one of the most well maintained laundromats in the area. I can always find parking, even though the lot is small. The washers are always working and the driers get hot like I'm used to, and when they are out of order, it isn't ever for long.
My all time favorite laundromat! The staff will break your larger bills no problem and keeps an eye out so your laundry is safe unlike many other places I have been. They are super clean here and have a decent variety of machines. A couple of the large $10 washers are out of commission for now, but that is literally the only negative take away.
Today I went to wash my clothes like I do every week. I put them in the dryer for 55 mins, set a timer on my phone for the same time, I go home to wait while they dry as I only live 5 mins away. I get back to the laundromat to see my clothes on fire. This is not the first time I’ve left my clothes in the dryer for that amount of time. I wash my clothes the exact same way every week. All my wife’s and my clothes are ruined. The manager waited until the fire department left to address me, said he was sorry and handed me $100. This is a routine and all of a sudden it catches fire and it's my fault... I'm a hard working young man just trying to take care of my family and survive. He gives me $100! I can't even replace my work clothes with that.
Beyond annoyed! I’ve been going here for over a year because my dryer broke. I go to dry my clothes every 2 weeks faithfully. I just got home from there. I put in 4 quarters in a machine and it started to glitch with weird numbers. Keep in mind I have another load going on top. I let the lady know and she tells me if she stops it, it will affect the top load. So I tell her I’ll move my load to the next machine thinking she’s going to put the 4 quarters in. Mind u I didn’t have any other money on me because I brought exactly what I needed. And 3 additional quarters so I was short a quarter. Had I had the extra quarter I wouldn’t have bothered expecting it from her because let’s be honest it’s a $1. After I move the clothes she decides she’s gonna reset the machine (now stopping my top load.) She goes to reset it and comes out and because it said 25 she was trying to imply I lied about putting the money in. When I hit the start button and it starts she was like oh then put the clothes back. Why not reset it to begin with if you were going to accuse me of lying? Why not give me the 4 quarters! She has seen me numerous times and I have never brought an issue to her! I can understand if I was someone who scammed frequently doing that but that was my first time ever having an issue with the machine! Now because of that they lost a customer! I’ll go somewhere else! I’ll be damned if I’m gonna be treated like a criminal over a damn dollar!!!!!
Could you organize your schedule? I'm out here on Sunday and it's written on the paper from 07:00 in the morning until 08:00 at night. I arrived 07:10 at night and they didn't let me in a lack of organization with this laundry. I don't know if the employee wants to leave earlier or it's the owner's lack of organization
