As a business owner myself I know how important it is to keep the customers happy, this place however is very disappointing. I gave a piece In for a custom design today marked 2 months !!! and it’s been sitting there nothing as been done to it ! Every time I call them in regards to my piece a different story. So I went in today and took my stuff back will Not be doing business with this place in the future .
The guy who did my spetum was really nice, however I would not recommend getting your nose piercings here. He didnt pierce it in the sweet spot, and it's way too low! Overall I'm just disappointed with how I spent 40 something dollars just to take out. If you guys have any good piercing places let me know :)
The lady who answered the phone was incredibly polite. When I got there they greeted me with a smile and were quick to help me. The Jamaican guy who replaced the battery on my watch was super friendly and made nice conversation while he was working on my watch. He was quick but careful and the price was really great. I would absolutely recommend this place. Great customer service and great pricing
Had an amazing experience, we got a necklace that had broken off melted back together was ready within 20 minutes. Reasonable pricing. Would recommend.
