I am so grateful for the excellent support and service I received from Good Ole Tom’s. Wanda and the other two ladies have excellent customer service skills. I have arthritis in my thumbs and had a hard time opening and closing the clasp on my chain. I broke it. Wanda went above in beyond had my chain repair, recommended an upgraded clasp, then she made adjustments for me to be able to open and close without any issues or pain.
