I showed up w a gold necklace that neither my kids or I was crazy about, and there was a "back in 5 " note on the door, and! He, Todd, was actually back in under 5 minutes! That already gave me a good impression. Todd, the owner, was more than fair, explaining to me his reasoning, and insuring I understood and was comfortable with the transaction, which I did and was. Pawn shops can feel icky and like you're getting the short end of the stick, but Citywide Pawn is an anomaly, purely bc the owner treats others like he'd want to be treated and that makes for the best ever dealings I've had at a pawnshop.
