Honestly today reminded me of the reason I don’t come into this store they don’t even greet you when they ringing you , or say have a good day to the customers. Today I said hello and have a good day and the cashier said nothing they truly need to get retrained in customer service skills. And the isles are always packed with boxes where you have to go around to get what you need

Horrible customer service I wasn't acknowledged entering, cashing out or exiting the store, but I did spend my hard earned money here. The local citizens deserve better.
ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! If I could give lower than 1 star I would . The manager is so rude and I would not shop at this DG unless you have to and it’s a quick stop and go visit and only if it’s at night when the nicer cashiers come in.
I shop at this Dollar General often, but my experiences with the cashier have been consistently unpleasant. The lady at the register is always rude and has an attitude whenever you ask a question or need help. Recently, when I asked about an item that showed as available in the app but wasn’t on the shelf, she bluntly said it was “stolen,” which was unprofessional and unnecessary. Customer service matters, and being treated with respect shouldn’t feel like a burden. I hope management addresses this issue so customers feel welcome and comfortable shopping here.
