This review is for the Wilton/Norwalk location. I visited this location on two consecutive days, and found the employees to be extremely knowledgeable and friendly. They worked efficiently to process the items I was selling, and explained each part of the process. I will definitely be back in the future!
I really don’t understand these enthusiastic reviews. For branded jewelry they offer basically nothing, and for silver it’s just pennies. It’s definitely not worth it. Don’t waste your time ,you’ll spend more on gas

Out of a rating of five, I would rate this establishment as a 10. The honesty, professionalism, kindness, objective advice, and opinion is something I appreciate immensely. All staff that I have encountered here have been wonderful. Kelly has been outstanding. I would recommend Kelly, as well as this Organization to anybody, and everybody that has any questions or thoughts of selling coins, jewelry, silver, gold, platinum, whatever your druthers. This is the place to go if you need to sell your gold or silver, including jewelry! They are honest and so friendly! I was there a couple of days ago for the second time recently. What a great group of ladies work there. I am pretty knowledgeable and knew how much I should be getting for my items. Sure enough they paid me exactly what I expected! As gold goes higher, there will be many other places to sell to, including scary places that will try to shortchange you. Be careful. Just go to this place!!! Highly recommended!!! Nicest people ever!!!
