Consignment Originals have great outfits for all seasons so people can be styling profiling.

I went here for the first time and absolutely fell in love. It clean and neat. The owner and staff are very friendly, and a side note the music playing made me want to shop more b/c I was dancing so much to the R&B music. I bought more than enough items and reasonably prices I definitely plan on going in a couple times a month.

Wonderful consignment store! Quality merchandise , friendly, helpful employees. Furniture, housewares, decor, clothes, pocketbook, shoes, jewelry. They have occasional sales, discounts for frequent shoppers and a mark down area. I always find something to buy every time I go there. I highly recommend.

had a very disappointing experience at your store. I was told by a friendly employee at the front desk that I would be able to receive a promotion that was starting soon. She even gave the promotion to the customer before me and assured me that she would apply it to my purchase as well, so I took the time to pick out several high-value items, including a purse and designer pieces totaling around $500. However, when I went to the register, a store manager suddenly appeared and informed me that I would not be receiving the promotion because it hadn’t officially started yet. I explained that the employee had already said she would honor the promotion and had done so for another customer just before me, but the manager refused and was dismissive. This kind of inconsistency and lack of professionalism is very disappointing. I ended up leaving all the items behind and leaving the store. I hope this feedback helps improve communication and customer service in the future.
