First time coming in here and Todd was so helpful! Spent a good 30 min in the store just talking to him about anything and everything, really good guy and he ended up giving me a really good deal that he honestly didn’t have to do. He looks out for people thats for sure! I will be doing business with him again!
Great place and Amazing owner. Todd was the best helping me and my husband pick out a new Diamond ring set because I lost my diamond fell out from my wedding ring and couldn’t find it. I showed up w a gold necklace that neither my kids or I was crazy about, and there was a "back in 5 " note on the door, and! He, Todd, was actually back in under 5 minutes! That already gave me a good impression. Todd, the owner, was more than fair, explaining to me his reasoning, and insuring I understood and was comfortable with the transaction, which I did and was. Pawn shops can feel icky and like you're getting the short end of the stick, but Citywide Pawn is an anomaly, purely bc the owner treats others like he'd want to be treated and that makes for the best ever dealings I've had at a pawnshop. Definitely recommend and I know the only pawnshop I'll ever go to from now on. 10/10 🌟
I had a bunch of old jewelry I no longer had a use for so I took it down to citywide to see if anything was worth something before donating it. Todd took the time to look at each piece, explained what was worth something and why. Very pleasant experience, thank you!
