Kevin took what could be a very stressful and daunting experience into one that was exactly the opposite. Kevin kept me informed at all times, walking me through everything, really explaining the realities of the diamond-world. I always felt like I could reach out to him with any questions, and he would always be very responsive and helpful. As to the quality of the work, only one word is needed: wow. Everything from the stone to the band screams quality. My custom ring came out exactly as I hoped, if not better, and I will look no further for help when it comes time to get our wedding bands!
