I went to sell some coins, potentially. I had done my research and knew that at least one of them was a rare 1921 High Relief. The women took all of five seconds to look at the coins and said they would not buy them. Was told that Silver Prices were $100/oz even though the live price was $110.00 at the time, and was told that is the futures price and I was wrong. They were wrong, rude, and not knowledgeable. Take your products elsewhere.

i called to ask a few questions and they answered the phone and i was waiting for them to greet me like all stores do but i was just silent so i said hi and they interrupted me saying ''what'' so i started to tell him about my coins and he interrupted me again rudely saying they do appraisals in store and wouldn't answer any questions when i asked him about there average silver price for 1 oz coins and he still went on about in store appraisals it wouldn't even been a problem if he wasnt rude and interrupting id understand if he just didn't know

All the other reviews are 100% correct on this place. No selection whatsoever, INSANELY hostile staff, and also very rude. Literally go to any other coin shop or even a pawn shop to buy/sell. Seriously, these employees are more off putting and hostile than pawn shops in the absolute heart of the city with some of the roughest types. For some reason they think they are just the coolest kids on the block over there and there's nothing reputation or inventory wise to hold this up(theres about a half dozen or more LCS + pawn shops and numerous other far more reputable and NICER LCS than them on this block). ESPECIALLY when going to the shop right next door, wow what a world of difference and selection + customer service. Just night and day. Treat people like humans and have some courtesy at minimum, would be an awesome starting point for this place. Maybe not have your employees screaming obscenities when people walk in, too.

I'm a Trustee for a trust and must have three appraisals to get a fair market value for the Trust assets before they can be sold. This place just gave a verbal value and said the prices change as soon as I don't sell immediately, which is fine, however I am required to have a record of appraisals as legally required to prove value. They not only would not give me the receipt of there valuation at the time, but removed it immediately to prevent me from writing down the information. Very shady business practices. Stay far away this place.

The security guard was the most helpful of the staff today. He guided me in and asked me what I was there for, then started the process to find someone to help me out. Kudos to him! It went down hill from there unfortunately. Plenty of people were behind the counter. Half the staff were busy, the other 3 were doing something behind their desks, so I guess too busy or could not help me out. I waited around for about 5 minutes or more. Meanwhile, other customers walked in and were assisted promptly. I asked to see some graded gold, which I guess takes a while? I had some gold to trade and wanted some nicer stuff. Apparently that was a mindblowing request because I then got hassled about it. They didn't want to pull anything until they saw what I had, which I did show to someone up front. Then a guy 60 feet away behind a desk started questioning me about what I wanted. Maybe get up and talk to your potential customer and drop the attitude. My patience was gone. Clearly I was not worthy enough for you to leave your desk. I walked out and don't have any intention of coming back any time soon. Waste of my time... EDIT: In response to the owner's reply... The guy I spoke with behind the desk 60ft away (not at the counter) did not appear to be helping another customer but talking to someone who appeared to be a coworker sitting with them. Never was it communicated that he was helping someone else either. Do better next time so others can have a better experience.

Outstanding Family-Owned Gold Shop – Honest, Knowledgeable, and Trustworthy! I recently bought gold coins from this family-owned shop, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. As someone completely new to buying gold, I was nervous—this was a big investment for me, and I wanted to make sure everything was real and legitimate. From the moment I walked in, I was impressed. I worked mainly with the husband, but his wife and daughter were there too—it truly feels like a family business that cares about its customers. They’ve been in business for over 50 years, which says a lot, especially in an industry where many places don’t last long. When I checked, they also had an A+ rating with the Better Business Bureau, which gave me even more confidence. Even after I made my purchase, I called the next day with more questions. They didn’t hesitate to invite me back in. They took the time to weigh and measure the coins right in front of me and even used their professional electronic metal tester to confirm authenticity. They even showed me a box of counterfeit coins they’ve collected over the years so I could see the difference for myself. That kind of transparency is rare and really helped me feel at ease. Their selection is huge—the best I found anywhere in Denver—and their prices were the lowest I could find after comparing spot prices and premiums across multiple shops. Another nice bonus: if you choose to have your coins shipped, you don’t pay Denver sales tax, which saves quite a bit on a larger purchase. I now plan to buy all my gold coins from this shop going forward. They’ve earned my full trust, and I highly recommend them to anyone—especially if you’re new to buying gold and want to feel 100% confident that you’re getting the real thing at a fair price.

These guys are going to run everyone else out business in the area. They're fancy without being uptight. Their prices are always perfect. I refuse to buy/sell my gold and silver (mostly silver) from anywhere else. Always make you feel welcomed and almost excited to see you as you walk in the door every time. 10/10
