Shop was very Dirty and unorganized Stacks of Garbage in corners. The guy seemed fidgety and wouldn't do the free appraisal he says he'll do on his card 👎

Horrible customer service, I won two auctions on HiBid.com on January 6th and they charged my account but have yet to contact me, send me an invoice or providing any shipping details. I've emailed and called but no response. Thankfully HiBid.com is working with me to collect my items. This is the worst experience i've had on HIbid and I've been bidding their auctions for years. Everyone is a family owned busniess but these scammers don't know how to do basic thinks that everyone else is able to do after an auction. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!
Super friendly guy!, was able to help me see which of my old jewelry was gold or not. He explained to me how the process works and how much he could give me. I was able to get a good amount of money of what it was worth!, definitely check out his business!.
I bought a coin off a trusted auction site that I have used in the past. Then read the reviews and got scared. The coin was exactly as listed and took to my LCS and verified yes it was legit. I would use this company again and even shop them personally. The coin was a 1990's Eagle, very happy with the purchase. They were easy to communicate with by email and fast to respond.
While I don't want to use the word Scam( yet), the communication has not been the best from the Bergers. I won 1oz silver coins in an Auction and paid through Venmo on 12/27/25. I haven't been able to reach out to someone who can confirm where the coins are, till today. Nobody answers the phone or responds to the mail/messages. I totally understand Bergers as a small business to be busy. But, you cannot ignore people once they paid their hard earned money for the items they won. I suggest you to be prompt with responding to people's questions and I'm sure your ratings will definitely improve. I'm sorry but I have to give 1-star for the Service I experienced so far(it's honestly traumatic) and will update it based on when and if I receive my 8Oz silver coins. Update: I've received the coins today, after 2weeks of winning and paying through Venmo. I'm updating the rating to 4 stars. If only they had better communication, would have rated 5 stats. Thank you.
Got recommended to go to this place, and let me just say, I was not disappointed one bit. Was greeted by a friendly face with a smile by Erik. I came in with a miscellaneous amount of jewelry, not knowing which was gold or costume. He quickly identified which was real and which were plated. Explained the whole process while having a friendly conversation. Gave a very fair Competitive price Within 15 minutes was in and out cash in hand. Heavily recommended this place.
